    Abstract:
          Tasuj area has a relatively high seismic activity, compared to its neighboring areas and the most important goal of the research is then to find out the origin of this distinct activity and to assess the rate of earthquake dangers and its upcoming events in the future of geological structure of the area and earthquake. In this research, after primary studies, diagrams of principal parameters and magnitude of earthquakes, fault map and seismotectonic map of Tasuj area have been provided. In addition, after determining the direction of the stress imposed on the area with an internet-assisted processor, the faults in the area and the type of their activity were analyzed. Some important and practical results as well as some suggestions for future research have been obtained from this study among the most significant of which is recording of seismic activities in some alluvial areas which is presumably indicative of existing of fault in these areas.
