Abstract

Landslide and slope movement, in addition to financial damages in southwest  khaikhal villages have caused other  problemes as  anxiety of people and responsibles for probablity of similar events in other area. This case makes doubtfull the performing of constractive plans,this investigastion tries  affect the  landslides of area and evaluate  the relative  hazards  in conistruction, landuse ,economic and soil sources concervation planning,and then use them. According to existing areal photographes and field consideration data , all of slope movements and  landslidings zone have been recognized, and next steps have been surveyed. The basic maps of geology , landuse , class and direction of slopes, landslid dispersions, faults and isorain lines , constraction area and number of  waste water well  in ۱:۵۰۰۰ scale has been prepared. Data-collection of the importante factors which have been considerd in basic maps were computed and analized by means of spss pc software ways, and with the manners of the Regression analysis. Consideration and statisticall analysis of factors proves that the difference between the each  of factors row are significant. The quantity  of this differenc varied in the basis of factors type. The arrangement effects of factors hase been determined by test coefficients. Also, The most of effective class of the each factors were marked by compartion of  coefficient values .The practicable  methods  has been offered  for decrease of direct and  indirect damages.
