Studying Geochemistry and Pollution Of Soil and Sediment in Tehran 1:100000 Sheet ( stressed on Medical Geology)

Abstract:

Abundance of natural elements in soil and their availability for plants and animals make an Important relationship between Geology, medical, and environment health. Concerning the significance of studying natural elements concentration in sediments and urban soils with different application having Geogenic origin, the geomedical research division has investigated sediments in  Karaj, Shahryar, Tajrish, 1:50000 sheets and soil of Tehran 1:50000 sheet  (industrial areas in western Tehran and Taleghani, Azadegan, and Moshirieh parks). The results have been evaluated with soil and sediment standard made out in Canada and Australia. Concerning anomaly of Arsenic cadmium, lead and zinc in sediments of north east and north west, and existence of arsenic, Brelium cadmium. Zinc, copper, lead, Nicle, ….. in Tehran Soil and their effect on health of different age ranges , it is nesessary to have   detailed studies.

In research about concentration of elements in farms of the south of Tehran that are watered with surficial urban water show more pollution in some vegetables. They are effective in human health.
