A view on the regional geology of Arghash-Cheshmehzard gold deposit

   General:
     Chshmeh Zard mining distric,covering 25 km2 surface is located okm south west of Neyshabur,in the northern part of Khorasan province.The area being a part of 1:5000 geological map of Arghash,is called Anomaly No.30
The rock units covering the area consist of the upper paleoceneEocene Eocene volcanics units and granitoid masses.
Gold mineralization and the accompanied minerals have been deposited in the course of the last hydrothermale phase accompanied with gaseous complexed saturated of silica and their Circulation in the open spaces,formed by the tectonic activities.
