General:
There are many geotechnical boreholes data in different organizations from Tehran Plain, 270 of which are collected in this research. The organization of data is performed in the form of tables that are the basis of formation of date bank of the subsurface data of collected boreholes. Because the area is not covered completely by the boreholes, and the probability of a relatively constant change in the characteristics of sediment from north to south of the plain and with the aim of reaching a network having at least one borehole in each part, the area are networking into one
kilometer square shape network. The results of analyzing the data have been used to prepare geotechnical maps for depths 1 .5, 5, 10, 15 and 20 meters.
