Providing a structure for mineral information databank

With due to attention to large amount size of mineral information in IRAN and their dispersion and also the confirmed need of educational institues , governmental organisation and private companies to general and detailed information about mineral potential and development of mines and their exploitation and then neccesities of existing such reliable and updated information and statistics data that these data have a very important role in economical programming, esp. in branch of mine, it seems that establish of a mineral information database is neccesary.
Establish of above mentioned database, not only cause decreasing in cost of information gathering at first step of exploration project but also facilitates it’s availibility.One of necceseries for dynamic and permanent database is to have an application management system database.this system is a databse of references sets itself. These sets is used for data validation.
In this paper, an applicatin management system is represented that its structure can be used by other similar system.In addition, a structure for mineral information database is represented that its input data validation occurs when an attempt is made to insert or update a value in one of the database tables, according to the application managament system.
