General:
Quaternary deposits of Coastal Makran zone are composed of continental, estuary and bay sediments. The best sequence of these sediments was formed in Guater. Chahahar. Pozm. and Gurdim hays. These sediments have been mostly deposited during retrogressive sequence that continental sediments progress over deposits of Ray, Estuary and Marine Environments.
Paleoshorelines are most important feature of retrogressive sequence. Field measurements and GIS studies of coastal Makran special around Chabahar and Pozm Bays shows that several Paleoshorelines during of retrogressive coasts have remained. In
this study position of Palcoshorelines recognized and map of them (Scale 1: 50000) by GIS method prepared.
