Microfacies studies of outcrops shows that the age of these sediments are coniacia to Maastrichtian and they are deposited in Deep shelf margin.Companng these sediments with NW Azarbijan colouerd melange complex and with regarding to intrusive masses and magmatic are position behind these sediments, Fore are basin model is proposed for the sediments of this region. All these support the idea of subduction and collision of Iran and Arabian plates with tectono—sedimentary mechanism, whose converngence began from upper eretacous,ending in middle Eocen .
