Abstract:
Cheshmeh-Bid Granitoids are located in southeast part of Zahedan Granitoid intrusion and have quartz-diorite, granodiorite, monzo-granite and syeno-granite composition. It has been intruded in the middel-Eocene metaflysches and created an apparent contact metamorphism in them. The granitoidic intrusion can be classified into quartz-dioritic and granitic groups. Field, petrographic and geochemical characteristics indicate a calc-alkaline and metaluminous nature and a mantle source for quartzdiorites. Also, same evidence, show a calc-alkaline and peraluminous nature and a crustal source for granites. Discrimination diagrams reveal that these granitoids are of continental margin volcanic arc granitoids(VAG).
