Study of Paragenesis and Late-Crystalization Reactions InGhooshchi Granites and Syenites

   Abstract:
      The case studied area is located in the west Azarbayjan province at northwest terminal part of UroomiyehLake.
   The lithological sequence of this region includes sedimentary, basic and acidic rock units as well as contact metamorphic complexes. The latter one mineralogically consisted of syenite, quartz-syenite, and garnet-syenite and aegerine-augite syenite.
   From the view point of mineralogical studies, three differents mineral-paragenesis are known as follows:
   A) Magmatic paragenesis which is formed during the crystallization intrusive igneous rocks, such as quartz, alkali and pertitic feldespars.
   B) Late magmatic paragenesis as a function of CO2-rich solutions is formed by affection on intrusive rocks. Such paragenesis includes riebeckite, annite, aegerine-augite, sphene and allanite.
   C) Alteration products which are formed in the late phase at low temperature conditions, such as clay-minerals and etc.
