   Abstract:
Five hundred, ninety two resistivity vertical electrical sounding using the schlumberger array carried out in the Shooroo basin in southwest of Zahedan. Curves, after smoothing, were interpretated that results of interpretation showed a good relationship with wells log in the area. Geological sections and isodepth and isoresistivity maps of aquifer were planned. Depth and electrical resistivity of several subsurface layers and limitation of aquifer were identified. With respect to geoelectrical and geological conditions, type of bedrock of area was indicated.
