Abstract:
Chador-Maloo iron ore contains considerable phosphor, which makes it useless for metallurgical uses. At this mine phosphor is reduced in the iron ore at two steps. At second step, the ore is enriched by the flotation method.
At this paper we should find the optimum circumstance of the flotation of Chador-Maloo iron ore in order to purification of iron oxide and make pure hematite.
To reach the optimum circumstance in iron ore that contains apatite and hematite to reduce phosphor, we need inverse floatation of hematite with different amounts of pH and collector and depressant effect of starch as hematite depressant in inverse floatation of Chador-Maloo iron ore.
