Geological Survey of Iran and Rosgeologia signed two Agreements
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was attended by representatives more than 140 countries in this city. Geological Survey of Iran attended this forum as technical representative.
Two agreements have been signed in this congress between Geological Survey of Iran and Joint Stock Company “Rosgeologia”.
Marine Geology Studies in Caspian Sea and running Airborne Geophysical Study in territory of Iran are the subjects of agreements signed by S.H.M Meigouni Director of International Affairs in GSI and Anastasia S. Afanasyeva Director of Marketing and Foreign Projects with the presence of Razyeh Lak Deputy Minister and Director General of GSI, Dmitry Kobylkin Minister of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation and Roman Panov CEO of Rosgeologia.
Razyeh Lak was guest of Iran's ambassador in Russia. At this meeting, focused on the activities of the GSI and Rosgeologia, Iran's ambassador to Russia, Mehdi Sanaie, hoped Geological Survey of Iran could expand geological and exploration activities on the internationally.
Concerning good cooperation between two countries Sanaie demanded that GSI be seriously tracked on the results of this cooperation, and emphasized that he as ambassador would conduct negotiations with the Russian side to facilitate the affairs.
