Two earthquakes measuring 3.7 and 3.1
   degrees on the Richter scale hit the city of Damavand in Tehran
   Province early Monday.
   According to the seismological base of Tehran University`s
   Geophysics Institute, the tremors occurred at 00:47 hours local time
   (2017 GMT Sunday) and 00:55 hours local time (2025 GMT).
   There were no immediate reports of any casualty or damage
   to property.
