Coal and coke fragments export value has increased up to 690.4% from the beginning of the Iranian calendar yrar(Started from March 2004) until the end of December 2004.

Coal and coke fragments export value has increased up to 690.4% from the beginning of the Iranian calendar yrar(Started from March 2004) until the end of December 2004. More than 75,000 ton of coal and coke fragments bearing a value of 3.4 million
   dollars have been exported during 9 months in the last year. Increment rates of 690.4% and 83.1% are observed from value and weight point of view for the above-mentioned materials. The price of each ton of coal and coke fragments has been 45.4dollars within that nine months of 2004. This price has been 10.5dollars during 2003. The growth rate of coal and
   coke fragments export has been 3314.6%(in weight) and 1909.7%(in value). With regard to the shortage of 600,000 ton of coking coal in Iran, the exported coal has been thermal type. Considerable amount of this type of coal has been exported to Turkey.
