"The Zarkooh Company consisting two Iranian and English firms will extract the gold mine of Sariguni located on Kordestan Province for 25 years if be issued the extraction permit however the period for exploitation was 5 years before", Behrouz Borna- the manager of exploration affairs of the Geological Survey of Iran in an interview with industry and mine reporter of Isna stated.


"Foreign investor incorporation can not implement the mineral activities directly according to foreign investment attraction rule and their activity is possible in
<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Iran only by coordination to an Iranian company".

He said that hasn’t been recognized share of foreign firms in the rule that it can be even %90, so; the more advantage achieved by the mine is allocated for foreign corporations that should be invested in the mine sector and applied foreign exchange reserves by the government.

"Presenting Canadian people in the gold mine of Aghdareh, Takab area now and Riotino Firm in copper mine of
Kerman and other mines of Iran in future are the samples of activity of foreign corporations in Iran", he said.

He finally added that our problem will be resolved if be considered %51 of share for domestic investors and allocated
more financial reserves for projects by the government.
