KRG Capital Partners (KRG), a Denver-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of The Focus Corporation (Focus), a multi-disciplinary consulting firm specializing in engineering, geomatics, planning, and project management services to clients primarily in the , infrastructure and land development sectors. Focus will serve as KRG’s 1st platform for its $715M Fund III.
