In a seven-month period since March 21, 2005 (the beginning of the current Iranian year), Iran has exported more than $3.4 billion of industrial commodities and minerals, which shows 29% increase in comparison with the corresponding period last year.
   Petrochemicals and oil and gas commodities comprised $1.15b of the total amount. In the same period, export of detergents totaled $29.6m, corroborating 13.9% increase, while chemical exports reached $181.1m to show 62.5% increase.
