Product of the biggest chromite mine of Iran located in South Khorasan Province will increase by 500 thousand tones every year.
 
Reporting the Public Relations of the Geological Survey of Iran, the mine is being explored in two forms of open pit by superficial exploration and also underground by depth exploration. The grade of chromite reserve has been reported more than %40 in this region that is almost high.
 
According to the report, the proved reserve of the mine is almost 500 thousand tones that its exploitation permit is 25-year.
 
The chromite mine of Reza located in 17 kms of this chromite mine is extracted in 4 points.
 

The concentrated raw product of the mines is exported to Iran and foreign of the country for selling after production and classification of materials
