افزایش سرانه معدنکاری کشور با بازنگری قانون معادن یا اجرای صحیح قانون فعلی

One of most suitable and essential ways of growth and development in the country is the growth in the mining industry. It is now several years that the presence in mining activities is not only the government and governmental organizations and unfortunately, not good results are achieved. Thus, in order to develop this industry, it should be given to private sectors. For this, the government should give them suitable attractions. Of course to do so, the mining authorities, especially the Ministry of Industries and Mines have taken suitable actions such as approval of new mining law, formation of mining engineering organization, formation of mining premium, etc. However, these actions are not sufficient and in some cases, they have not been performed. In this paper, the aim is to investigate some deficiencies and to propose some ways to remove them with an emphasis on the efficiency of present mining law, not re-editing it.
