Cheshmeh Zard gold deposit, situated on the Tertiary magmatic belt, alongated from Semnan to Torbat Heydariyeh, is a fracture filling sulphide gold bearing deposit, containing two kinds of gangues ; quartz and carbonates ones . well logging of ۱۳۳۸ m . drilling, geological studies of     ۱ / ۵۰۰۰ geological maps and trenches, insisting on the microscopic investigations of polished and thin sections, resulted the following conclusions :

۱ – olessination of the mineral succession trend.

۲- determination of ۵ different generations of sulphide mineralizations.

۳- determination of the Au place among the different mineralization phases.

۴- estimination of the mineralization temprature.

۵- determination of the wall rock alteration.

۶- classification of the different sulphide generations.

۷- seperation of ۲ different gangues of quartz and carbonate.

۸- determination of vertical zonation of the mineralization .

            Located in a plutonic environment, near Sabzevar structural zone, belonging and relationship of the Cheshmeh Zard gold deposit to one of these geological phenomena has been discussed , in the course of this investigation.
