ساختمان و مکانیسم تشکیل بازالت های بالشی توده آمیز رنگین سیاه کوه بافت ( استان کرمان )

In this study , basaltic pillow lavas of Siahkuh area in south of Baft (<?xml:namespace prefix = st۱ ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Kerman۱:place>۱:City> province) have studied, for recognition of formation mechanisms of them . This coloured mélange including , pillow lavas , massive basalts, acid and intermediate intrusives and upper cretaceuos limestone. The pillow lavas crops out in relatively vast area have handerds thickness. They have sharp contact with limestones. The structure of pillow lavas includes core, marging and glassy crust. The matrix and cement interconnect them. Various types of pillow lavas such as tube , bulbous, flattened and mega pillows have recognized in the area. The pillow lavas have been probably formed by successive bursts of the flow surface and growth of protuberances under the internel pressure of the Lava, producing a chain of interconnected pilleows .
