RC drilling has recommenced at Echo Resources’ Julius Deposit within the Yandal Project in Western Australia. The drilling will follow up drill intercepts including:• 6m at 11.8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 106m down-hole, including 2m at 31.2g/t gold from 108m in fresh bedrock; and• 16m at 4.5g/t gold from 55m, including 3m at 11.7g/t gold from 55m and 2m at15.0g/t Au from 69m in weathered bedrock. The primary purpose of the drilling program is to infill gaps in the RC drilling pattern in areas of shallow gold mineralisation hosted by laterite and weathered bedrock units; and test for extensions to deeper gold mineralised zones in fresh bedrock.Echo’s key projects are located in Western Australia (gold and nickel) and central Queensland (copper-gold). The projects have established JORC resources totalling 196,000 ounces of gold, 97 million pounds of copper and 924,000 ounces of silver. Echo’s goal is the discovery and development of large gold (>3 million ounces at >3 g/t Au), copper (>450 million pounds at >1.5% Cu equivalent) and nickel (>90 million pounds at >5% Ni) deposits in world-class mineral provinces. Echo has a strong management team which is capable of rapidly transforming the company from an explorer to a producer.
