Iran and Russia Summit Titled Geological Mapping Training at the Scale of 1:50000 in Iran

The meeting of the representatives from JSC, Rosgelogia Holding in Russia and the Geological Survey of Iran, IMIDRO and Deputy of Exploration of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade is taking place in order to study how to train the geological mapping at the scale of 1:50000 in Iran.

The Zarubezhgeologia Institute, JSC of Russia is active in the field of mineral exploration and has international projects in various countries in the field of geological and mineral exploration. In its current projects in Africa such exploration techniques as satellite imaging, airborne geophysics, geology, geochemistry, drilling, laboratory analysis, modern laboratory equipment and advanced laboratory equipment manufacturing is used.

The evolution plan of geology and mineral exploration with the design and initiative of GSI began in South Khorasan province simultaneous with the start of the 13th government in the form of the tripartite agreement of the country's mining sector consisting of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), the Deputy of Mines and Mineral Processing of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and Geological Survey of Iran of which results and achievements was handed over to the officials of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade in the prescribed period of 12 months.
