It is worth mentioning that the negotiations of Geological Survey of Iran, IMIDRO and Deputy of Exploration of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade with the representatives of Zarubezhgeologia, JSC Institute of Russia have been held as to the training of geological mapping at 1:50000 in Iran since yesterday.

The End of the Technical Meeting of the Geological Survey of Iran and Russia.

The first technical meeting of the experts of the Geological Survey of Iran and the JSC of Russia will end tomorrow. In this three-day meeting, it will be decided to cooperate in the field of training in geological mapping at the scale of 1:50000 as well as mineral exploration. Iran has so far succeeded in geological mapping at the scale of 1:100,000 and 1:25,000 and intends to develop its plans to prepare geological maps at the scale of 1:50000 by using the Russia's experiences and modern methods in this field. The preparation process for signing the Memorandum of Understanding will be done after the meetings.
